In 2016 Debbie French shattered Johnson Monroe's 35 year old record for total sales by an agent with over $21.2 Million in Real Estate Sold!! She had another record breaking year with over $21.5 million in real estate sold again in 2017. Her career as a Realtor at Cedar Creek Lake spans over 13 years and in that time she has sold over $114 Million in properties and successfully represented over 400 buyers and sellers. What I provide for my Buyers: Purchasing a property at Cedar Creek Lake is very different from purchasing property in a metropolitan area. Because there are so many variables to know and consider when purchasing waterfront property, for your protection you should work with a LOCAL agent who has a proven track record of success in representing buyers here at the lake. Worth area are of little use here at the lake. There are over 300 subdivisions around the lake—each with their own unique qualities and some of the best subdivisions not on the “beaten path” so just driving around by yourself will not only drive you crazy but is not the best use of your time. Just driving around without the direction of a knowledgeable agent means you could possibly miss the homes and areas that best suit your needs, and lead you to the mistaken conclusion the lake does not offer the properties and amenities you are looking for.  Purchasing a home is a large investment and buyers have a right to be “picky.” I am patient with buyers and will work within their timeframe—whether it takes a day or a year to find the property that meets your needs.
